One exquisite evening in July I decided my porch was lacking, it needed that intriguing pizazz found indoors to be conveyed externally. I started chalking my porch with hopes of covering it's entirety, however, several summer showers had other plans...
While the rain prevented me from covering my whole deck it did provide a fresh canvas, allowing me to draw different abstractions as the weather and overall mood of summer fluctuated.
The tentative quality of chalk made my deck creations more fun. I was never entirely sure how long they would last, they were a hot commodity, and luckily I was able to get photos of most all of the marvelous deck-orations.
